Menopause in the Workplace
Strategic Workplace Menopause Training for UK Organisations
Menopause is no longer a private issue. It is a workplace performance, retention and leadership issue affecting organisations across every sector.
With more women aged 45–60 remaining in the workforce than ever before, organisations that proactively address menopause are seeing measurable improvements in engagement, retention and managerial confidence.
We partner with forward-thinking employers to deliver evidence-informed menopause training, workplace health education and leadership development programmes that drive meaningful cultural change.

Why Menopause Matters to Employers
Recent UK data highlights the scale of impact:
-
There are now over 4.5 million women aged 50+ in employment in the UK
-
Around 75–80% of women experience menopausal symptoms
-
Approximately 25% report severe symptoms
-
1 in 4 women have considered leaving their job due to menopause symptoms
-
Millions of working days are lost annually due to unmanaged menopause-related symptoms
-
The cost of sickness absence to UK employers is estimated at over £14 billion per year
Menopause commonly affects women in mid-to-senior career stages — precisely when organisations benefit most from their experience, leadership and institutional knowledge.
Failure to address menopause in the workplace can lead to:
-
Increased absence
-
Reduced performance
-
Loss of senior female talent
-
Lower engagement
-
Legal and reputational risk
Conversely, organisations that implement effective menopause awareness training and workplace health strategies strengthen retention, inclusion and productivity.
