Women vary in what they need from me. Some need just 1 session for just general menopause advice to reassure them and make a plan of action of how to manage symptoms and to ask the right questions to the right health professional. Other women Skype once or twice per week or month.
Every one varies. I will send you out a symptom checker, a health form and food diary to gather information and look at your goals. In the session we can make a plan together or do a practical exercise session in the comfort of your own home!
If you would require a written follow up programme to include a food diary, gym, home or lifestyle programme that is £30.00
