Anxiety
I still have down days! I am 51 and I think, looking back, I started going through Peri-menopause around my mid 40’s. My GP told me at 46 that I was menopausal, which was a complete shock. During this time of my life I was not in the best physical shape as I was recovering from surgery and had lots of stress to deal with. I was not sleeping, I felt anxious all of the time and I had my first panic attack at work in between training clients at my studio in London Bridge. But, I knew that if I could just take small steps each day then I would slowly feel better. I still have bad days but if I do not become breathless at least 3/4 times per week I feel rather rubbish!
