About Me!

Hello, I’m Jane Dowling.

After over 30 years working in fitness and health, I know first-hand the challenges women face during midlife and menopause. Following my own journey through a horrific menopauses; I started 15 years ago, I am now 58. Many operations, and various illnesses. I understand what it is like to struggle! 

I’m passionate about helping women regain strength, confidence, and energy. I have had more than my fair share of dark times riddled with pain and discomfort because of what my body has been through.

I’ve worked with organisations including Aston Villa, CBRE, The Crown Prosecution Service, and the UK Police Force to deliver workshops that raise awareness, improve wellbeing, and provide practical support for women in the workplace.
