Exercise
Exercise during menopause is more important than ever before. I want to make it easy for you to know what type of exercise you should be doing. Exercise will help with your menopause symptoms.
If you exercise it will release feel good receptors in your brain, during and after you will feel good and it will lift your mood. Fatiguing the body through simple heart raising activity such as a brisk walk for just 10 minutes each day will help with sleep. The old saying ‘a strong body equals a strong mind’ is so true, so it will help with anxiety and depression.
